Shaun is a certified personal trainer through ACE and has eight years of full time training experience. His passion is to help others achieve their fitness dreams. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier and more mobile, shaun has a program for you. His expertise is in weight loss, full body conditioning, and plyometrics. Shaun works primarily training clients one on one, but does teach some classes including bootcamp, interval and TRX. Shaun’s favorite fitness activities are weight lifting and running.
