Awesome work today fellas and lady fellas!!!! There is nothing like capping the day off (a beautiful one might I add) with a great workout! Numbers were great!!!! It’s always for fun coaching a class full of positive energy rather than coaching a couple individuals (still with plenty of energy). Positivity is contagious, and its always more fun working out with your peers rather than by yourself.

Updates for the Upcoming week 

WEDNESDAY June 18,2014

Will be the start of the first kids agility clinic!

It will run Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30.

Parents are encouraged to workout in the classes that will be running parallel to the kids class.

Not only will it prevent you from sitting around and just observing for the hour, it will help the kids to look up to you as parents and encourage them to be more active outside of organized sport.

Whether it is for athletic performance, overall improvement of life, and longevity you can’t really go wrong!

 

Thursday June 19, 2014

Thursday night at 7:30pm will be the last yoga class for the Summer.

It will be postponed until further notice!!!

Take what you have learned from yoga, and class and incorporate it while you are sitting at home watching tv or relaxing!

You can stretch and mobilize anywhere you want!

10-20 minutes a day is all you need!
